  • How long will it take for my products to arrive

    UK Standard delivery - 2-5 working days - £3.99 per order

  • Can I cancel an order once it’s been placed?

    If you would like to cancel your order then please contact orders@golfway.com as soon as possible to discuss your options. New orders can pass through our system for dispatch within 15 minutes and they cannot be cancelled once they have been processed by our warehouse.

  • How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

    When we receive your online order, an order acknowledgement screen will appear, this includes an order reference number. You will also receive an email you to confirm we have your order.

  • My payment has been declined, what should I do?

    If your card was refused you can try resubmitting your order using a different card. For details on why your card was refused, please contact your card issuer.

  • I've ordered a product, now it is showing out of stock.

    A product page will indicate general availability of the item. If no stock is available, the out of stock message will appear. Please use the 'notify me' when back in stock to let you know if or when an item is due back in stock.

  • Can I add to an existing order?

    Website orders are fully automated so we cannot add to existing orders once they have been placed. If you would like to order additional items then you will need to generate a new order.

  • What is your returns procedure?

    If you experience a fault with a product that you have purchased from us then please email orders@golfway.com. We will then be able to provide you with options for returning items and discuss the details with you.
